Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize results. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in marketing, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

 Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with company goals

Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities

Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content, and events

Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, sales collateral, and promotional materials

Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence

 Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in Cosmetics/Pharma company/veterinary Company

In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
